   — Auxiliary Update The Concho Fire Auxiliary will provide an update on recent activities, fundraising, and upcoming events. The Board will receive a report and may discuss support for auxiliary initiatives.

   — DFFM Grant Re-Award The District received notification that the DFFM grant was re-awarded. The Board will receive an update on the award amount, scope, and next steps.

   New Business

   New items requiring discussion and possible action.

   — Appointment of Interim Board Member to Fill Vacancy Background: A vacancy exists on the Concho Fire District Board of Directors following the passing of Richard Warber. The Board is authorized to fill this vacancy by appointment of an interim member pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-803(B). Discussion: The Board may consider applications received from qualified candidates.

   — November 2026 General Election

   — Board Member Resignation and Candidate Filing Laura Leffew has resigned from the Concho Fire District Board. The Board thanks her for her service and wishes her well on her future endeavors. The Apache County Board of Supervisors has appointed Pam Danburg to the open seat. She will be seated at the December meeting.

   Review and approve monthly expenditures and payroll.

    Operations Report

    Call volume and response statistics.

    Current Events / Reports

    Chief’s report, wildland, apparatus, subscriptions, and other updates.
